The gentleman who came to fix a dripping tub faucet was amazing. Very kind and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be done before he did it and when completed shared maintenance tips, which I found very helpful. He did a good job because our shower was not working very well so now we have water pressure. He had all the parts and they were done within a week.

We use Quigley-Smart and they are good. They came back to do inspection and he pulled the pipes out of the wall to fix the handles of the pipe. He saw a pipe and it was too close and he made space and he did not charge me.

First call was just for general service check and my concern over a part on the furnace. He was nice to work with and answered my many questions. He advised I use the part as long as possible, sadly it quit working about a month later. He came back to replace it quickly though. Overall it was a good experience and I will call them next time.
